PostHeaderIcon Campaigning continues.....

Now the general election has been and gone we in UKIP must prepare for the next one as we are convinced that the electorate will soon tire of the antics of this present  "coalition", and force another election in two years time or so.

So, in the first instance we are going to concentrate on the local election when it is announced, and contest every council seat.

PostHeaderIcon On what would you spend £45 Million in Exeter ?

UKIP Logo Pound Sign

45 Million Pounds PER DAY wasted on the EU!

The country sends FORTY FIVE MILLION POUNDS PER DAY to Brussels as the subscription for our membership of the European Union.

By pulling out and managing our own affairs we would save this much at a stroke.

We are asking you for suggestions as to what you would spend a portion of that £45 million on in Exeter.

You can suggest anything  -  it may be improvements to roads, public services, or tourism.

Some of the ideas so far are:

A new improved transport and road system for Exeter city centre.

Knocking down the existing bus station and the old Debenhams bulding

to enable us to build a new one the same site, with shops and a market area.

To develop a state of the art theatre and conference complex.

PostHeaderIcon Monthly Meetings

As part of our programme to recruit more people into the party, we have begun holdng regular monthly meetings.

These take the form of informal pub nights in the main bar of the Twisted Oak, on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month at 7.30pm.

All are welcome to these informal gatherings.

We also hold Sunday lunches at the same venue every TWO months, and the next one will be on Sunday 25th July.

If you cannot make that date then try to attend the one after on 26th September.
